A factory or a processing plant consists of a myriad of different types of components and equipment. There are few plant operation teams that has in-house expertise regarding maintenance and optimization possibilities for all the equipment that the process/production facilities contain. Over the past 20-30 years, there has also been a tendency for many companies to reduce the internal maintenance capacity and base more and more of their need on external resources. This often requires meticulous planning work to ensure that necessary logistics and sufficient maintenance expertise are present during the planned maintenance shutdown. Propartner can assist with this.

From planning to practical execution

When maintenance task list is defined and quality assured, Propartner can take responsibility and a Supervisor roll for ensuring the implementation of the maintenance tasks. This could be anything from having a controll function, and/or leading the maintenance staff, to in the other end have full responsibility for the whole shut down. This may also include Propartner hiring all necessary crew and special equipment.
