Is the process line performing as expected? One of the most important things in a PLC controlled, continuous process is to strive for stability. A process trend like the one to the right will most probably contribute to a reduced throughput, and some challenging hours for the Operators at the plant. It is important to reveal where the bottlenecks are located in the process line,and which parameters leading to possible limitations in volume and/or quality of the product.

Determine the capacity of all vital components Is the receiving equipment downstream the actual line correct dimensioned? How about upstream? All setpoints at correct level? Incoming feed characteristics as expected?
